		<description>&lt;b&gt;Joanna&lt;/b&gt; You&#039;re so right! And it&#039;s something we have to keep reminding ourselves of. I guess in adversity (e.g. constant rain!) we have to set aside artifice, and so we can get a stronger sense of who we are. 
See what you did there, Joanna? You fed me back my words and made me see them differently. What a brilliant coach you are. :)</description>
